| Refurbishing |
Our refurbishing procedure include these events:
Cleaning:
Inside dust removal, outside cleaning.
Testing: All ports are tested by forwarding real traffic through them.
Inventory: Memory configuration and serial numbers are stored for dispatch
upon delivery.
Packaging: The routers are carefully packaged in customized boxes. They
can be packaged in individual boxes or in multi packs for efficient shipping
and handling.
Standard warranty is 90 days. Extended warranty time is available upon request.
| Packaging & Delivery |
The routers are packaged with high quality special designed packaging to ensure safe shipping and nice apperance. We normally package them in boxes of 1, 2 or 6 units, but customer specific packaging can be offered upon request.
The 6 pack box
has a volume of 0,12 cubic meters (4.2 cubic feet). The actual weight of 21kg
is equal to the volume weight charged by most airfreight carriers (20kg) which
make this box the optimal choise for air freight delivery.

We ship worldwide and would be happy to quote freight costs given lead time needed. The boxes in the pictures above are optimized for stacking on Euro pallets (dimensions 1200x800 and 800x600 [cm]). The 6 pack box is is volume efficient and suitable for air freight.
